Holiday Event at MwC 2025
A Holiday to Remember
This past Christmas, we had the honor of celebrating with over 230 members of our community. Thanks to our friends at West Michigan Cancer Center, we put together gifts filled with winter clothes, toiletries, and a few fun surprises—but what happened that day was about so much more than what was in those boxes.
Many of our members told us they hadn't received a wrapped gift in years. Some didn't even open theirs right away, choosing instead to simply hold onto that feeling of being remembered. Watching this unfold reminded us why we do what we do.
Our members have built something beautiful together—a community of people who show up for each other, who understand what it means to struggle and to celebrate. We're grateful they've made space for us in their lives and allowed us to be part of moments like these.
This is what community looks like: gathering together, spending time with one another, and creating memories that matter. Not because we're trying to change anything, but because we're living the change we want to see—together.
Thank you to everyone who made this celebration possible
