Material Donations
At Ministry with Community, we accept a wide array of different material donations to help support our members and fulfill our mission. We thank our community for helping keep us a sustainable space for support and growth!
Items may be dropped off daily from 9:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. at the back door next to our loading dock. Please ring the doorbell and a staff member will assist you.
FAQs
What do you accept for clothes donations?

We accept a wide array of adult, new or gently used clothes. This includes but is not limited to t-shirts, new underwear, gloves, hats, hoodies, sweaters, pants, and jackets. We also accept luggage such as duffel bags, suitcases, and backpacks. We also accept adult shoes and boots gently used or new.
Do you accept food or toiletry donations?

We accept new toiletries and personal care items for adults including toothpaste, toothbrushes, deodorant, razors, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, shaving cream, and hand warmers.
For food we accept unopened, in date, pantry items to support our meal program. This can include jars of peanut butter, jelly, chips, cans of ingredients, etc. We do NOT accept hot food cooked outside of our kitchen.
What donations do you not accept?

Due to limited storage space and health and safety issues, we are unable to accept heavily used clothing or shoes, open or expired food, hot food cooked outside of our kitchen, open or used hygiene items, and medical equipment. Please contact us if you have questions about an item you would like to donate.
What other items can be donated?

We also accept donations of gas cards, Metro Bus Tokens, and bicycle locks to support our members and their ability to access transportation for vital appointments and meetings.
