Social Services and Peer Support:

Our Social Services Team is here to assist you with a wide range of Social Services and Peer Support Services. These services are provided free-of-charge. There are no requirements or referrals needed to work with our Social Services Team. You may reach the Team via phone or email, or if you are in our facility, you may ask for more information at our Service Desk.

What to expect when working with a Social Services Team member:

1. Please contact us by mail, email, social work fax, phone call or voice message.

2. If you have a time-sensitive issue, please be sure to let us know in your message. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

3. To help us with timely responses, we ask that you do not leave duplicate messages with multiple staff members.
