The location for the Underwear Party 2025 will be Beacon Health (formerly Borgess Hospital Lawrence Education Center).

Here is a list of our different sponsorship tiers:

Hat Sponsor – $500

  • Recognition as a Hat Sponsor on MwC’s website and social media.

  • Logo or name placement on event signage and in at least one promotional email.

Compassion Partner – $1,000

Includes all Hat Sponsor benefits, plus:

  • Hyperlinked recognition on the Supporter Page for the Underwear Party on MwC’s website.

Life Changer – $3,000

  • Includes all Compassion Partner benefits, plus:

  • Name recognition on event sponsorship signage.

  • A reserved table exclusively for your company or organization.

  • Year-round recognition as an MwC supporter on our website.

  • Sponsorship of a breakfast or lunch (valued at $350), including:

    • Recognition in both our print and online newsletters.

    • Social media acknowledgment.

Community Champion – $7,556

This level of sponsorship covers the cost of running Ministry with Community for a full day.

  • A featured Community Champion profile in MwC’s fall newsletter, reaching:

    • 5,100 households

    • 4,300 email subscribers

    • 7,000+ Facebook followers

  • Placement on MwC’s homepage (Main Story section) for one month.

  • Recognition as the Presenting Sponsor for the Underwear Party:

    • Company logo on the event page, hyperlinked to your website.

  • Opportunity for your team to serve a sponsored breakfast and/or lunch (valued at $500) on a selected day—meals will be hosted in your company’s honor.
